Meet Your Coach, Michele Aleshin Certified Integrative Health Practitioner 2

My journey through youth was marked by limited understanding of health and nutrition. Coming from a Southern family, our meals were filled with delectable dishes, but they weren’t necessarily the healthiest options. Unfortunately, my family has faced a range of health issues for generations, including heart disease, diabetes, and obesity. I lost my mother to cancer when I was just 17, and my father also succumbed to cancer in 2016. I battled gut problems, stress, and stubborn weight around my midsection that I couldn’t shed, despite my best efforts. To top it off, I received a late diagnosis of ADHD in my 40s, leaving me feeling overwhelmed. I yearned to feel better and wanted to break free from the cycle of accepting poor health as the norm. I made a commitment to myself to help both my family and me pursue healthier lifestyles, so we could pass on the gift of knowledge and wellness to future generations.
