The Health Coaching Process - What to Expect

My coaching focuses on holistic health, empowering you to make sustainable lifestyle changes. Please note: Labs and supplements are not included in the coaching pricing. Specialty Areas My coaching expertise includes: Weight Loss Food Sensitivities Gut Health Perimenopausal/Menopausal Symptoms Physical Fitness The Health Coaching Journey Here’s a detailed breakdown of what you can expect during our coaching sessions:

 

Intake Form Completion: Prior to our initial consultation, you will complete an in-depth intake form. This form provides valuable information about your health history, current lifestyle, and goals. Please complete this form at least 24 hours before our call. We will also get order a body sensitivity test at this time so we have the info available for our first consultation. This is a hair sample test for you to complete at home and mail into a lab. It will reveal triggering food and non food items, skin analysis, and possible imbalances in your gut.

Initial Consultation: During our first session, we’ll delve deeper into your: Lifestyle Eating habits Activity levels Symptoms We’ll establish a baseline understanding of your current health status. We will also use this session to define your health goals and determine actionable steps.

Ongoing Coaching Meetings: These regular sessions are the cornerstone of your coaching experience. We will: Review your progress Provide feedback and support Maintain accountability Adjust your plan as needed. During these meetings, we will also explore identifying and overcoming obstacles, as well as the cultivation of Total Wellness Habits. Resource Provision As part of the coaching process, I will provide you with handouts, worksheets, and recipes. These resources are intended to support you in achieving your goals, and will be based on the coaching area that we are focusing on. 

Final Session: In our final session, we’ll conduct a comprehensive assessment of your progress and provide recommendations for continued success. We’ll solidify your new habits and equip you with the tools you need to maintain your well-being long-term.
